At FunkiPulse, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of Keyboards, Headphones, and Controllers. If you are not completely satisfied, our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that software, downloadable content, or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Keyboard, Headphone, or Controller arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, after verifying the issue with photos or a brief description.
Non-Refundable Items
